United Primary Diagnostic Center provides multi-specialty medical services to the community.  The services include Preventive Care, Telehealth, Primary Advanced Medical Home Care, STD & HIV Testing, Covid-19 Testing, as well as general outpatient medical needs. These services are offered at a free-standing facility.  Our goal is to provide accurate assessments, referral based medical services, results and treatment; while providing awareness and education to our community health based membership.
